These terms cover the app on Android. The app on iPhone, iPad and Mac has its own terms.
These terms apply to History of Market: Heat Map (“the app”) and to this website. “We” and “us” mean History of Market: Heat Map (historyofmarket.com). By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You get the app through Google Play, whose Terms of Service also apply to your use of Google Play; these terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the app.
Not Investment Advice
The app and this website are for information only. Nothing in them is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or other asset. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Data
Prices, charts, index history and every other figure in the app are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, and they may change or stop without notice. Do not rely on them as the only basis for any decision.
Use of the App
You may use the app and its data for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the data, access our servers other than through the app, or interfere with the app’s security or its Supporter features.
Supporter Subscriptions
Supporter plans are auto-renewable subscriptions sold through Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in Google Play’s subscription settings; cancelling stops the next renewal, and Supporter stays on until the end of the period you paid for. If a plan offers a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policies.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what the app sends to our servers and how long we keep it.

The app and this website link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, this website or their data, including trading or investment losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be changed by agreement.
Changes
We may change these terms. We post the new version here with a new date; using the app after that means you accept it.
